For everything there is a season, and for Inner Radiance Yoga and Meditation, it was a time for change. I created this brand while I was still in my very first 200 hour yoga teacher training. I wanted a name that told people what I do while paying homage to the training program I was completing. Inner Radiance Yoga and Meditation served that purpose and has served it well these last 5 years.

Over those 5 years, I grew as a teacher. I added to my tool box and expanded what I was capable of offering in the healing spaces. As a result, the name Inner Radiance Yoga and Meditation began to no longer fit with my brands offerings and mission. I’ve spent the last few months meditating on whether a change was needed to align my brand to what I actually can offer my communities. The answer was clear. Yes. Yes, it was time for a change.

From those meditations a new name was born. Still Moon Wellness.

This new name will allow me to expand my offerings and services beyond yoga and meditation. Under this brand, you will see a deeper focus on holistic wellness, serving the body, mind, and spirit. There will still be yoga classes and meditation opportunities, of course. But there will be more as well.

As I complete the construction of the updated website, you will see an expanded store offering more prerecorded classes and workshops, an array of wellness products, and more. There will be new offerings coming soon such as new opportunities for private healing sessions both in person and via Zoom, new workshops, and eventually some sound healing options.

On social media, you will begin to see new content such as daily affirmations, short breath and movement practices, and opportunities for drop in somatic mindfulness sessions. More content in general to help you get the most out of your experience with me as your guide.

Now for some logistical information. The website changes were mostly aesthetic. If you were a customer on Inner Radiance Yoga and Mediation, you are still a customer on Still Moon Wellness. All class card data will carry over as well as any communication preferences. Same with social media. If you were following Inner Radiance, you will still be following Still Moon Wellness. Nothing for you to do but show up for yourself.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your love and support these last 5 years as I build this practice and create something beautiful to bring into this crazy world. I hope you will continue to tune in and show up for you as we move into this new era of wellness.
