In this class, we will use stretches, postures, and breath work to warm our bodies and to feel energized and ready for the week. This beginner friendly practice is perfect for yogis of all bodies wherever they are in their practice. This class is most suitable for yogis over 16 years of age. Props and adaptations are offered and encouraged.

Step into a space where stillness speaks and healing unfolds gently. This offering is a soul-soothing blend of somatic mindfulness, restorative yoga, and sound healing—designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, soften into presence, and restore your nervous system.

🌀 Through guided somatic practices, you’ll learn to listen inwardly—tuning into subtle sensations, emotions, and breath with compassion and curiosity.

🎶 Immersive soundscapes—crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient tones—will cradle you in resonance, inviting deep release and energetic harmony.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative yoga postures, supported by props and poetic guidance, will offer your body the gift of rest, renewal, and gentle integration.

🌤️ Lavender infused heat packs are offered to deepen your relaxation to help further support nervous system reset.

The Resilient Mother is a 4‑week yoga and mindfulness course designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and find steadiness in the moments that feel impossible.

This is a space for mothers of younger children (babies through teens) who want to feel more grounded, more present, and more supported — inside themselves.

Heart Unfolding: A Restorative Evening of Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing for the Heart

Settle into a tender, spacious evening designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and gently open the heart. On the eve of Valentine’s Day, you’re invited into a restorative journey where slowness becomes medicine and stillness becomes a doorway back to yourself.

We’ll begin with grounding restorative shapes that support the chest, shoulders, and upper back — creating physical space for breath, emotion, and ease. As the body unwinds, you’ll be guided into a heart-centered Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditative experience that invites you to release old tension, reconnect with inner warmth, and welcome in compassion.

The practice interweaves with immersive sound healing, allowing vibration and resonance to wash through the body like a soft tide. Crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle tones will help dissolve lingering heaviness and support a sense of openness, clarity, and emotional spaciousness.

To complete the evening, you’ll be welcomed with a warm Vanilla Chai Latte, softly spiced and gently sweetened to support grounding and heart‑opening.
