This beginner friendly practice is perfect for yogis of all bodies wherever they are in their practice. This class is most suitable for yogis over 16 years of age. Rest, Reset, and Renew: A Restorative Journey Through Body, Sound, and Breath

Step into a space where stillness speaks and healing unfolds gently. This offering is a soul-soothing blend of somatic mindfulness, restorative yoga, and sound healing—designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, soften into presence, and restore your nervous system.

🌀 Through guided somatic practices, you’ll learn to listen inwardly—tuning into subtle sensations, emotions, and breath with compassion and curiosity.

🎶 Immersive soundscapes—crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient tones—will cradle you in resonance, inviting deep release and energetic harmony.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative yoga postures, supported by props and poetic guidance, will offer your body the gift of rest, renewal, and gentle integration.

🌤️ Lavender infused heat packs are offered to deepen your relaxation to help further support nervous system reset.
