Rise and Shine Chakra Series- Muladhara (Root) Chakra

Class 1 in our Summer Chakra Series- The Muladhara Chakra. In this class, we explore the Muladhara, Root, Chakra and practice movements and postures to support a healthy balance of energy in this Chakra.

The Chakra Series is an introductory journey through the Chakras. There will be 7 classes exploring individual Chakras and a final 8th session for a full body Chakra tune up. This an extremely beginner friendly exploration into the Chakras and a great place to start your yogic journey or complement your current practice.
