Motherhood is beautiful — and it’s also overstimulating, exhausting, and emotionally complex. When your child is dysregulated, your body feels it. When life gets loud, your breath shortens. When you’re stretched thin, it’s hard to stay grounded.
Rooted Motherhood is a 4‑week yoga and mindfulness course designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and find steadiness in the moments that feel impossible.
This is a space for mothers of younger children (babies through teens) who want to feel more grounded, more present, and more supported — inside themselves.
Over four weeks, you’ll explore:
Grounding, presence, and nervous system basics
Tools for staying steady when your child is overwhelmed
Somatic boundaries, emotional spaciousness, and clarity
Integrating practices into daily life with confidence and ease
Four 60–75 minute weekly classes
Trauma-aware, accessible yoga
Breathwork + meditation practices
Real-life parenting regulation tools
A supportive, judgment-free community
Optional recordings
This course is for mothers who:
Feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or reactive
Want tools to regulate in the moment
Desire more presence and steadiness
Are craving a space that feels soft, supportive, and real
Want practices that fit into busy days
No yoga experience needed. All bodies, all identities, all parenting journeys welcome.
