Motherhood is beautiful — and it’s also overstimulating, exhausting, and emotionally complex. When your child is dysregulated, your body feels it. When life gets loud, your breath shortens. When you’re stretched thin, it’s hard to stay grounded.

Rooted Motherhood is a 4‑week yoga and mindfulness course designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and find steadiness in the moments that feel impossible.

This is a space for mothers of younger children (babies through teens) who want to feel more grounded, more present, and more supported — inside themselves.

Over four weeks, you’ll explore:

Week 1 — Coming Home to Yourself

Grounding, presence, and nervous system basics

Week 2 — Regulating in Real Time

Tools for staying steady when your child is overwhelmed

Week 3 — Boundaries, Energy & Emotional Space

Somatic boundaries, emotional spaciousness, and clarity

Week 4 — Rooted Resilience

Integrating practices into daily life with confidence and ease
